GB - From Beginning to End is the story of my bike ride from Land's End to John o' Groats which I did in April and May of 2004. It is a bit wordy but I hope you will enjoy it!

B2Y 2007 is the story of a cycle ride from Barmouth, on the west coast of Wales, to Yarmouth on the east coast of England. I did this with a friend, Tony Wallis, in June 2007.
Lyre 2008 is the story of a cycle ride from Hinckley to La Vieille Lyre in Normandy. I did this with Tony Wallis, in August 2008.
Wales 2009 is the story of a cycle ride from Narberth in South west Wales to Chepstow and Bristol, visiting castles along the way. I did this with Tony W. in June 2009.
LeJog and Beyond is the story of my ride with Tony Wallis from Lands End to Kirkwall in June 2013 when we raised over £2000 for the charity Inter Care.
St Malo to the Med will be the story of my ride with Tony Wallis from St Malo to Narbonne which is due to start in May 2017. The charities we are raising money for are Inter Care and Lawrence House. Just need to get fit first!
